After his success with La Fourchette (www.lafourchette.co.uk) Pascal Madjoudj introduces you to Nou Nou restaurant. Once again Pascal is going to delight you with his well known cooking skills. This time it is the other side of Brighton who will get a treat!
Right in the middle of Kemptown discover the Mediterranean’s flavours and some of Pascal’s Mother recipes, souvenir of his childhood in North Africa:

Barania of lamb tagine cooked with 25 spices, different still of couscous, saffron citrus chilli Monkfish…

You can experience a meal in our authentic Maroccan style restaurant, and on a sunny Brighton day, escape in our outdoor terrace and like the Bedouin order a “Mechoui” spite roast Lamb cook in the traditional way (available from 3pm to 10pm).
Or just a drink and Kemia in our intimate bar below, relaxing to the contemporary North African music… late into the night…

Nou Nou restaurant can accommodate larges parties for any kind of celebration, wedding, anniversary, birthday… up to 100 guests. Belly Dancer and music entertainment available. We are offering as well an outside catering service for up to 300 guests.
